Von Paws Mobile Canine Spa & Care is committed to providing you and your beloved dogs with professional, high quality, and individualized care. We don't just help your furry companion stay clean, we help them stay healthy. Our business revolves around a code of ethics for animal welfare, sincerity, unbiased education, and scientific advancements. We are enthusiastic dog owners ourselves, and understand just how important it is to have someone you can confidently trust to tend to them. The process, tools, and handling that we implement have been meticulously developed to maintain renowned safety and gentleness. What makes us additionally unique from other mobile groomers, is our revolutionary and modern services. Our spa goes the extra mile by providing unique services such as cold salt water therapy - a feature that dogs from nearly every walk of life, greatly benefit from. The trailer is state of the art, with air conditioning and heat to keep your fury companion comfortable and safe year around. We strive to maintain a positive and stress free environment that your dog will look forward to being pampered in time and time again. Von Paws prides itself in being a cage free facility - Your dog can stretch out, relax, and soak in all the engaging attention they desire. Every dog will receive our base package which consists of ear cleaning, eye cleaning, nail trim, blueberry facial, warm bath, coat conditioning, de-shedding/blow dry, brush out, dental care, treats, bandana, and cologne spray. Add-on services are also available. (Please note, we do not provide full body/style haircuts or à la carte services.)
ABOUT THE OWNER
Helping animals stay healthy and happy is my drive in life.
Hi! My name is Jen. Animals have always been a passionately integral aspect of my life. I grew up on a small scale farm on the plains of Colorado and spent my youth in 4-H by showing and producing livestock. In my later life, I held positions in animal rescue, equestrian stables, boarding facilities, and veterinary assistance.
In 2013, I began the journey of owning and operating my own mobile dog washing business. My many years of devotion in the industry have culminated into a well-rounded skill set for animal husbandry.
Today, I live with my incredible husband and our large menagerie near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. We share our lives with two dogs -a great dane and a cane corso, two cats, one horse, one hedgehog, two lizards, and a collection of mini rex rabbits that I show in conformation classes. My hobbies outside of work included riding my horse, archery, camping, hiking, cooking, reading, and creating art (I also make custom colored pencil pet portraits! You can check them out at www.BrunettiFineArt.com). Learning is another passion of mine. Veterinary science, biology, philosophy, psychology, and astronomy are my favorite subjects to study.
I am licensed and certified in IAOTH canine and feline psychology and Pet CPR/First Aid. I'm also in the process of obtaining my certificate as a Fear Free Handler. I am constantly striving to expand my knowledge by attending lectures, classes, and completing additional certifications.
